How we price
Consulting fees follow the shape of the work. We do not sell monthly software-style tiers. After a discovery call we send a short proposal with scope, exclusions, timeline, and fee.

What changes the estimate
- Number of interview participants and locations
- Whether findings must be bilingual or multi-brand
- Travel outside Canterbury
- Urgency that compresses a four-week diagnostic into a tighter window
- Depth of manager workshops after the diagnostic
Deposits and invoicing
Fixed-fee engagements usually require a 30% commencement invoice, with the balance on delivery of the agreed outputs. Facilitation days are invoiced on booking confirmation. Full cancellation and refund terms sit on our refunds page.
What is never included by default
Employment barrister fees, psychometric licence costs, venue hire, and printing of large workshop materials. If those appear in a proposal, they are itemised.
